Who is Revive Roofing Solutions?

We are a family-owned roofer with our office in College Station. Our address is 1645 Greens Prairie Rd #101, College Station, TX 77845, and our phone number is (979) 933-7583.

Owner Caton Hall has lived in the Brazos Valley for 29 years, long enough to know what spring hail, August heat and a Texas A&M home football weekend do to this town. We are an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and TAMKO Pro Certified (Gold), and our customers have rated us 5.0 stars across 27 Google reviews. Read more about us or browse our gallery.

What roofing services do we offer?

Six services, one local team. You can start with the service you need or go straight to your city.

Why choose a roofer that is based in College Station?

Because the person answering the phone works where you live. College Station is the town we start the day in, not a distant stop on a long route.

Our College Station roofing page is built around the way this city actually works. Southwood Valley’s 1970s to late-1990s homes are often on a second or third roof. Pebble Creek’s custom homes bring more valleys and a neighborhood owners association with architectural guidelines. Castlegate and Edelweiss have associations too. Greens Prairie and Wellborn-area subdivisions are newer, with first roofs now aging. And with Texas A&M reporting 81,354 students in fall 2025, many local roofs belong to landlords and families who do not live next door. Meet the team through our College Station roofing company page.

What does College Station weather do to a roof?

It tests it every year. Hail in spring, heat from May through September and the occasional hard freeze all leave their mark.

Baseball-size hail was reported in parts of Bryan and College Station on April 8, 2021, per ABC13. Golf-ball-size hail fell overnight on March 15, 2025, per KBTX. In 2023, the Brazos Valley had 59 days at or above 100 degrees. A roof that has weathered all of that deserves a periodic look, especially before a sale or after a severe warning.

What happens after a storm?

We inspect, photograph and document damage you can share with your insurance company. Your insurance company decides coverage. Learn more on our storm damage repair page, or read the Texas Department of Insurance guide to roofing and insurance.

What does the City of College Station require?

A permit, a registered contractor and a final inspection. According to the City of College Station’s Roofing and Re-roofing page, a permit is required to replace shingles, or decking and shingles, on a residential structure; a hired contractor must be registered with the city; materials need at least a Class C fire rating; and an inspection is required when the work is complete. We explain how that fits into a project in our College Station roof replacement guide.

Where do we work?

We are based in College Station and serve nearby Brazos Valley cities. Each has its own page with local notes.

  • College Station: our home base, with seven service pages.
  • Bryan: older neighborhoods, newer subdivisions and a lot of hail history.
  • Navasota: historic homes, mature trees and growing neighborhoods.
  • Caldwell: the Burleson County seat and the rural homes around it.

How do you pay for a roof?

Financing is available through Enhancify, a third-party lender. Checking your options does not affect your credit score, and approval and terms are set by the lender. See our financing page for details.

What goes into the price?

Every roof is different, so we do not publish prices. The main drivers are roof size and pitch, existing layers, decking condition, shingle line and color, roof complexity and access. Request an estimate and we will discuss a scope after we see the roof.

What should you ask any roofer?

Good questions get quick answers. Here are the ones we would ask.

  1. Is the contractor registered with the city, and who pulls the permit?
  2. What happens if the deck needs repair?
  3. Which shingle line is being installed, and why that one?
  4. How will the roof be protected if rain arrives mid-job?
  5. Who is my point of contact from start to finish?
  6. What does cleanup include?

Ask any contractor to put the scope, materials and permit responsibilities in writing before you commit.

How do I know if I need a roof repair or a replacement?

Isolated leaks, a few missing shingles or localized storm damage usually mean repair. Widespread granule loss, curling, recurring leaks or an age near 20+ years point toward replacement. An inspection settles it.

How long does an asphalt shingle roof last in Texas?

It depends on the material, installation, ventilation and weather. Heat and hail in the Brazos Valley can wear shingles faster than a calendar suggests, so regular inspections help you plan.

What does a roof inspection cover?

A typical inspection covers the roofing surface, flashing, vents, valleys, gutters and, when accessible, signs of moisture in the attic. We photograph problem areas and explain what we find.

Will you work with my insurance company?

We inspect, photograph and document damage you can share with your insurance company. Your insurer decides coverage.
